Ah I finally got around to decorating the bedroom for Christmas. I’m just waiting on one more tree, and then I can move our 7’ Christmas tree into here!
For this room, I used holiday floral garlands, a small Christmas tree, and snowflakes!
A yearly decorating tradition of mine is to put a tree into one of my Steele Canvas laundry baskets. I just use an extension cord to light it up and you can roll it from spot to spot. This one is a 3 bushel size but they have every size and shape you can imagine.
This sign is a present from a dear friend of mine who owns a store called Bay Creek & Co in Erie Michigan. It is permanently staying here and is my favorite sign of all time! I added some pine garland and red berries to my door headboard for a Christmas look.
One of the most affordable things you can do for Christmas decor is cut real greens off your own pine trees. I stuffed a few sprigs into this old metal canister and displayed them on our dresser.
Yes we do have two small Christmas trees in the bedroom currently!
Another easy way to add holiday cheer to a room is Christmas throw pillows! I picked up this one from Hobby Lobby but you can find a ton on Amazon here.
I also had these glitter snowflakes on hand from years past. Usually I just stuff them into our Christmas tree. This year I tied fishing line to them and hung them from the ceiling above our headboard. Super easy DIY that is unique,
