Kids Outdoor Potting Bench

We got Ryan a potting bench for her birthday and man, has it been a hit! One of my hobbies and passions is planting plants and flowers and that seems to have transferred over to her. And I am so excited about it! So when I saw this cute potting bench go on sale, I had to snag it for her. Sadly, it's been discontinued but I'll link some budget friendly potting benches at the end so you can get one for your kid(s)!

Potting benches are a great way to get your kids outside and to play and learn about nature! This one has already gotten so much use, so I thought I would share it with y'all today!

This particular kids potting bench was from Pottery Barn Kids but Amazon offers a variety of potting benches to choose from. It was easy to put together and seems to hold up well to the elements. It even came with the cutest little pots and potting tools!! We just fill up the little bowl with soil and let her go to town! I even picked up some flowers this year so that she could participate with the patio plants and she ate that idea right up!

I made sure to find some adorable and fun pots to display on her potting bench when it's not in use. I snagged that cute strawberry pot and the flamingo one as well because they are the perfect fit for kids! When she is in the mood to pot some plants, we just move them from the potting bench. You could also use this potting bench indoors in a playroom or kids room, but we opted to place it outside on our patio because it's too cute for people to not see!!

The soil bowl is removable so you can wash it out, but I love that this bench came with a place to put her soil so she can experiment with planting herself. She is a very independent little girl and always wants to be hands on. This way I can control how much soil she has without making too big of a mess!
